What can I do with the My Prospect Capture Form feature?
"REQUEST MORE INFO". Capture the name, email address, phone number, Skype Name or ask for ANY data you want (via text box) for prospects who visit your website.
When prospects visit your website, they'll likely wish to contact you before joining your school. Use this form to collect the info you want to know about them.
You can instruct them to enter their personal information on this form, or ask them to enter any other information you need in the "Additional Info" box such as what Course they are interested in, or how they heard about you. That information will be sent to your MisterEnglish account.
When a prospect signs up via this form, you will immediately get an email containing the prospects name (name only).
To view the rest of the prospect's information, please log into your account:
Login > Student List > Pending students
The prospect will remain on the Pending Students page, until you check off their name and Add them to your Student List page.
Once you add them to your Student List page, will be "Inactive" by default (pink next to their name). Activate them when they are accepted to your school.
You now have an easy way to get prospects into your MisterEnglish database when they visit your website.
OTHER USES
"REGISTER HERE" - Post payment registration form. Do you teach online? Do you use Paypal or some other payment processor to collect payments? Why not set your online payment processor to redirect the customer to your Capture Form so that they can officially register at your school. You will instantly get an email notifying you of a new registration, and you can activate them after that.
Know how many prospects DIDN'T join you. In marketing, it is very important to keep track of the number of people who did NOT join your school so that you can compare your numbers year-by-year. Here is how to do it:
If the prospect signs up using this form, but eventually DOESN'T join your school, keep track like this:
1. Leave prospects on the Pending Students page until they've paid you.
At the end of the month/year count the number of Pending Students and compare to the number of new students (on your Student List page, sort by Date Joined). You'll now have a ratio of didn't join, to joined.

2. From your Pending Students page, add these prospects to your Student List page (Click Add), but leave their default status as "Inactive" until they've paid you.
At the end of the month/year count up the Inactive students shown in pink on your Student List page. In this way, comparing pink to white, you'll know how many prospects didn't join your school.
